It’s strawberry season – yay!
As well as being a succulent treat, strawberries are loaded with vitamins, minerals and health-boosting phytonutrients.
The best way to enjoy them? Freshly picked, and as is.
The next best way? For my money it’s in this crazy-good shake, whizzed up with two other real, raw ingredients.
Here’s how you make it:
- 300ml raw almond milk
- 2 medium bananas
- 150g strawberries
Blend until smooth. Then sit back and enjoy 🙂
