Hi! I’m Sarah…
I’ve been interested in health and nutrition since I was a precocious 13. My pioneering grandmother was an avid collector of books on these topics and I started working my way through them whenever I was at her house by the sea.
In my late teens my passion expanded to include all things “mind body spirit”. Since then I’ve read hundreds of books on health and human potential, studied at The College of Natural Nutrition, and I’ve read, written and published thousands of articles on health and human potential.
I was the editor of Get Fresh! magazine from 2006 to 2011, and through that job I was lucky enough to meet many of the world’s leading experts on holistic health and optimum nutrition – and to have them share their insider secrets with me.
And now? I love working as a coach and using what I know to help other women enhance their lives.
Many of my clients are HSPs – Highly Sensitive People (and I’m one too). As far as I’m concerned, this is a very special superpower and if you’d like to read my articles on that topic, start here.
I also run a Facebook group for sensitive women who want to become their healthiest, highest-vibe selves – go here to join the Highly Sensitive Woman Community.
Let’s get connected!
Want to work with me one to one?
It doesn’t matter where you are in the world – I do most of my sessions via Skype or Facebook calls.
If you have questions about my coaching and whether I’d be right for you, you can also apply for a complimentary 30-minute call with me to discuss where you’re at, where you’d like to be and how I might be able to support you in getting there. Want to get going with that? Send me a message and I’ll get right back to you.
