I DID NOT know all that about potassium. I have an autoimmune disease so I do eat a mostly whole food diet and with that great list of potassium rich foods you shared, it looks like I get plenty of it on a regular basis. Thank you so much for sharing this. I’m going to share your post with some others I know that could really use this information.
