Thanks that was very useful. I am at present in Dubai latitude 25 – so I am enjoying the UVB.. don’t want to go back to the UK! However, question – I was surprised to hear that there is Vit D deficiency here as well! Could be the locals who are covered when they go out? Any thoughts?
