Unfortunately, I have fasted for 2 weeks between :06:30 am – > 16:39 each day and yes, I have cured most of my stomach illnesses but it slowed down my metabolism and I gained 30 pounds!! I still cannot stop my body from feeling a constant hunger even though I am full after a meal.
I don’t recommend this to people who wish to lose weight!!
