I’m really taking notes from your article, Sarah, because I could definitely need some more potassium in my diet. I eat a lot of those foods but I don’t know that when I add them all up I get to the required daily dose, just because so much is needed. Will definitely count how much I eat of it and watch how my energy level improves! I know that anybody can benefit from more energy 🙂
