One fruit I didn’t see on your list, which I always hear is high in potassium, is bananas, although they are also very high glycemic as well. They are my morning favourite with yogurt (plain) and protein powder. I do eat a lot of leafy greens daily, so looks like I get lots of potassium there too, as well as with coconut water. And as I don’t add any salt or eat processed/packaged foods, hopefully my daily needs are being met. Great article and good reminder to keep on top of the needed mineral balance in our bodies, Sarah.
