I enjoyed Philip’s article on magnesium. I was a little confused about his recommendation of using Mag Sulphate in baths as the most effective way to replenish mag levels. I understood that it was Magnesium Chloride that is superior to Epsom salts and that’s why I’ve been using the Ancient Minerals brand of oil and salts at the recommendation of Dr Sircus, http://magnesiumforlife.com/product-information/magnesium-chloride-vs-magnesium-sulfate/
What is also relevant to the raw food community who love to detox and use infra red saunas is that over use (especially during winter) can lead to loss of magnesium and I always rub mag oil into my body after a sauna and also take a small amount of oil in water to replenish any electrolyte loss. No one talks about this.
