I’ve been raw vegan for many many years, and find I do absolutely Best when I eat a very high amount of fruit. When I stray from the high fruit and add too many veggies, greens, nuts and seeds, my body gets sluggish, I gain weight, lose energy and feel tired. The minute I return to a high fruit content, I immediately feel much better. Everyone is different and should experiment what works for them and not go by someone else’s experience.
