Ah, it’s raspberry season…
Raspberries are one of the lowest-sugar and most nutrient-dense fruits, and they are also a decadent treat eaten straight from the punnet, or better still plant.
Another great way to enjoy them au naturel in a sorbet.
Ingredients: frozen raspberries. That’s it.
Here’s how.
- Freeze 200g raspberries per person.
- Place in a food processor fitted with the “S” blade and process until sorbet-like consistency is achieved, which will take around 2-3 minutes.
- It’s now ready to spoon and serve, but for extra-special presentation, scoop into bowls, garnish with fresh mint and scatter a few fresh raspberries over.
