Creamy blueberry pudding


This pudding uses avocado to give it its dreamy creamy consistency – set off against the tartness of fresh, in-season organic blueberries.

Preparation time? 1 minute. 

  • 100g blueberries
  • 1 small banana
  • half an avocado

Put all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend smooth.

This makes a thick pudding you can eat with a spoon.

Add a little water for a creamy shake you can slurp through a straw.
