Basic green juice


This juice will alkalise your system and deliver essential electrolytes and other nutrients straight to your cells.

It will take you 10-15 minutes to prepare, including clean-up time.

  • 1 small cucumber
  • 3 sticks celery
  • large handful of dark greens, such as spinach, kale, chard and/or parsley
  • if desired, 1-2 apples to sweeten
