Comment on An overlooked essential for health and happiness by RM.

This is a brave and good (in all senses of the word πŸ™‚ ) article, Sarah. Thank you so much for speaking up for people who feel vulnerable, bullied and controlled, and for the truth. With dodgy ethics, some raw salespeople are in danger of becoming the (un)worthy heirs to the snake oil salesmen of yore. I don’t mean to take away from all the amazingly wonderful, genuine people out there but the concept of non-judgement does not mean non-discerning πŸ™‚ RM x

Wow, that’s amazing πŸ˜€ Wonderful it’s in such a venue, too. I’m sure it will attract/seduce people who might otherwise have considered raw food fringe or unattractive.

The deadly drug in your kitchen
Hi Sarah,

Fantastic article. Thanks so much. I was wondering if you have seen this video specifically about fructose? It’s called Sugar: The Bitter Truth by Robert Lustig:

This is the long version, which explains fructose metabolism in the liver in some detail. There are shorter versions on YouTube too.
